What defines casual business attires? Better yet, what should not be considered as casual business attires. In a formal atmosphere such as the work place, one should always be conscious of what he or she wears because this could be a make or break deal on your company’s future.
Here are items you should not wear because these are overly casual:
* Tank tops: This is showing too much skin for women and they are worn best on beaches but not in the office.
* Bright, beach-inspired shirts: Shirts with vulgar messages or suggestive connotations should not be worn at work. This may be construed as something that you’d probably say out loud and your co-workers might find it not very amusing.
* Transparent clothing: Though self-explanatory, underwear should not be something to show off to colleagues at work. If you prefer light fabric to beat the heat, wear something that still covers what you wear underneath.
